The Very Unbirthday Party

Jake's Oma is visiting from Germany. She's amazing. She has amazing stories and is always so kind to me. I love her. She told me this will be her last time visiting the states...forever. That made me so sad, but I know she's getting older and it's hard for her to travel those long distances. I wish she lived closer so I could help take care of her. Before she leaves in September I would like to throw her the best "Unbirthday" imaginable. We never get to celebrate her birthday because she's so far away so I thought it would be fun to celebrate in August when Jake's brother is visiting again. Anybody have any brilliant ideas for an unbirthday??? I want her to be excited...I want to make her very last trip to see her family memorable and I want her to feel loved! All ideas are appreciated.
