*Mothers Day*

Mothers Day was great. I think my Mom really enjoyed just spending time with all of her kids. It was also my Step-Dads birthday so we had a BBQ to celebrate. Jake played basketball with all of our nephews & Karlee & I tried to keep Kayson bug entertained on the trampoline. My Mom is such a great woman. I really hope to be half the woman she is some day. She's so caring & kind to everyone she meets & she is always looking out for others. I love her so much & I don't know where I would be without her.

Celebrating holidays with my family & Jake's family is always overwhelming because there are never enough hours to spend with each family. We love being around EVERYONE & it really does get difficult dividing our time but we manage just like everyone else. After we celebrated Mothers Day at my Mom's we headed to my in laws. Going there for dinners and holidays is always a blast. Jake has a large family & I'm blessed with many nieces and nephews, brother in laws & sister in laws. I love big families. I think Jake's Mom also enjoyed her Mothers Day. She didn't have to cook and I know that she probably enjoyed that. She is a great Oma (Grandma) to all of her grandchildren & she is grateful for the wonderful kids she has.
