Christmas Is The Most Wonderful Time Of Year....

I love Christmas morning. Because Jake & I don't have children of our own we are always excited to celebrate Christmas morning with my Dad, my sis and my grandparents. Jake & I woke up early & opened our Christmas gifts from each other. I was so excited because I bought Jake some waterproof camo for hunting & I got a sweet deal on the pants so I went back for the jacket. Now he has a whole outfit he can wear hunting. Well he has LOTS of camo for hunting but this one is waterproof. He loved it. Jake bought me an I-POD. Yes I'm finally caught up in the technology world people. I never thought I would use an I-POD so I've never wanted to buy myself one. Turns out it's one of the greatest inventions EVER.
After we opened our gifts at our house we went to my Dads & opened more gifts & had the best cinnamon rolls EVER. After my Dad's house we headed to my Mom's house and celebrate Christmas a 3rd time. By the time we were finished at my Mom's, Jake & I were so tired we wanted to take a nap but we had to hurry home, get ready & head back to my Dad's for a Mexican food dinner. It was delicious. We look forward to my Grandma's homemade tacos every year. This year was EXTRA special because my Mom came over for dinner. It was such a blast to be with EVERYBODY at the same time.

I made my grandparents that frame that they are holding. They loved it. I found a picture of their wedding & then a few years after & now. It was my favorite gift to give because it was homemade.

Unfortunately we weren't able to visit with Jake's family this day but that's why we celebrate with them on Christmas Eve. Our Christmas is always so busy but we always enjoy being together. I must say that I love the holidays but I am so much more relaxed when everything is over with. Here's to a new year.....
