What better way to start my New Year than with my two favorite girl's? Like I said in my "New Years" post....2010 didn't begin like I had hoped. Those curves life throws us come very unexpectedly sometimes. Thank goodness Brooke was on her way from Texas to rescue me & her & Brinn joined me for a girl's night out. I don't know what I would do without these two. We headed to Keys On Main in good old downtown SLC! What a fun place. It's a dueling piano bar & boy did we have a great time.
There's no dance floor so we made our own. Your supposed to sit & listen to the great piano players duel their songs so we stood up and cheered for them (maybe the people around us didn't appreciate our enthusiasm....we didn't care). Can't stand on stage & dance to the songs but Brooke broke the rules & sat right next to one of the piano players. The girl's wouldn't join me on stage to shake our booty's to the song, "I Like Big Butts," so I shook my booty in the aisle way. The manager glared at me & I smiled & continued to make a scene. We broke rules....I think....And out of EVERYONE in that bar I believe we had the most fun & we will probably go back. We didn't want the night to end. It was just like we were 18 again, didn't care who was watching, what anyone thought of our dancing & we were just having fun. My hubby came to pick us up (such a sweet man) & on the way home we remembered the "good times" we all had together. We remembered those moments that nobody else knows about but us...And for that night we were those careless teenage girl's that were just loving the time we spent together.
So I took in every laugh, every hug, every story, everything that only makes sense to us 3 & LOVED spending that whole night with my two best friends. Thanks for the memories & the great pictures ladies. I wish we could do things like this more often. I love our time together! LOVE YOU BOTH~
