Happy Birthday to me on April 6th. I'm fashionably late as always but had the most wonderful birthday so I thought I better blog about it. I might just be the luckiest girl in the world to have the family and friends that I have. My birthday celebration started off with a small surprise from a co-worker and her family. I was at work on a super boring Friday and they showed up with balloons, a slice of cake & LOTS of hugs. It was perfect and almost made me cry. My co-workers grandson loves me and I love him tons. He's the sweetest boy ever and is always so excited to see me.
Next celebration was at the Cheesecake Factory with a few of my favorite friends. My friend Chelsey and I share a birthday within weeks of each other so we usually like to celebrate together. Cheesecake Factory was AMAZING & the company of my friends was even better!
Happy Birthday to Chelsey & I. We of course had Cheesecake because you can't show up at the Cheescake Factory & not try a slice of Cheescake. We all ate so much that we had to get our Cheesecake to go. We enjoyed it much later after a night of card games.
I made Sunday dinner and invited my Dad & his girlfriend over for some crock pot Pork Chops. It was lots of fun and my awesome Dad made me a delicious Cherry Chip cake. He even brought candles. I'm spoiled! The next weekend my Mom came into town for my surgery and we did a FULL DAY OF SHOPPING. She spoils me too and I love our shopping days. Coffee and shoe sales. What could be better? I literally shopped all day and couldn't find anything I loved. Isn't that the way it goes though....once your looking for something you can never find it. We had fun anyway and my Mama is my favorite shopping partner.
And last but not least...this guy spoiled me with the Country Mega Ticket. I get to go to 4 of my favorite summer concerts with my friend Chelsey as my date. They are all paid for. All I have to do is show up. He knows the way to my heart huh?
It was a fantastic 25th birthday full of celebrations & I love my life!!!!
