{Macaroon Fruit Dip}

This is a recipe my Mom found a few years ago & I LOVE making this dip. It's so delicious and extremely addicting. It's great for summer BBQ's because it makes enough for about 30-50 people
{unless it's really well liked then it might only be enough for 20-30 people}
Recipe is below. Try it, I promise it will be a new favorite in your family!

2 cups of 16 oz. Sour Cream {or the whole thing if your making it for a crowd}
1-1/4 cups of PACKED brown sugar {or a little more if you like brown sugar}
1-1/2 cups of crumbled Macaroon cookies {make sure they crumble into fine small pieces}
Mix all together & refrigerate overnight.
I cut the Pineapple down the middle but left the green top. I always put the dip right in the Pineapple but be sure to dry it out first. I cut it in half and then scoop out the Pineapple & set a papertowl in it over night and put in the fridge. No reason to dirty a bowl when you have the Pineapple to use. If your feeding a large crowd I usually go to Costco to get Grapes, Strawberries, & Pineapple. All fruit is delicious in this dip.
