At the beginning of the month the hubby & I drove to St. George to visit with my family. My grandparents, both sets actually, moved to St. George so those are just 2 more excuses for me to visit that beautiful place. While in St. George we celebrated my Grandma's 92nd birthday. I was in heaven. I had both sets of grandparents in the same room at one time. I don't remember the last time that has happened so I was all smiles.
The weather was beautiful, my Mom cooked some AMAZING food & even though the trip was short, I was so excited to spend the weekend with many amazing people! I'm so blessed...
92 years of life. Can you imagine? Although she can't walk or do the normal day to day things that people do, she still has her mind and her sweet spirit. She loves the Utah Jazz and doesn't miss a game. I also learned she watches Nascar. Really? What 92 year old watches Nascar and actually understands who's driving and who's winning and losing? Just my Grandma! She's amazing like that. I hope to be half the woman she is someday and I'm so beyond lucky that she's my Grandma.
